Vela is operated by Luca Dal Fuoco as an individual. Requests can be sent through the Contact page form.

• Name and email address entered in the forms.
• Messages sent through the contact form.
• Job listing details submitted through the "Post a job" form, including the poster's email.
• Suggestions and reports about listings.
• Logo files uploaded with a listing.

To review listings before they go live, to reply to messages, suggestions and reports, and to run and protect the platform, for example by limiting spam.

Only the site administrator. Poster emails and messages are never shown publicly. Approved listings show only the role, the startup details and the application link chosen by the poster.

The site relies on a hosting and database provider to store submissions and an email delivery provider to send notifications. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

Messages and listings that are never approved are deleted after 12 months. Approved listings are removed on request or when they expire.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Send the request through the Contact page form, and it will be handled as soon as possible.

Vela uses only essential technical storage to make the site work, such as remembering that the cookie notice was dismissed. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
